Documentation is processed through a pipeline that combines structural parsing for digital files with the company's in-house OCR system. Nenos for scanned or poor quality documents — it exceeds 95% accuracy and is optimized for the specifics of public procurement documentation. The extracted requirements are automatically classified by categories — technical, legal, financial, experts, deadlines — and transmitted through configurable notifications to the responsible departments, with precise reference to the source in the documentation.
The technical memo generation module produces narrative sections based on identified requirements and organizational templates, providing the bidding team with a structured starting point instead of a blank document. LangGraph orchestrates the entire multi-departmental flow, with full traceability of each decision and the possibility of repeating any step. Connection to SharePoint, DMS systems and internal communication platforms is achieved through MCP, and the LLM abstraction layer allows running multiple models for different tasks in parallel — one optimized for extraction, another for narrative generation.
The agent is designed for native integration into the existing operational flows of the tender team, without imposing process or infrastructure changes.
