Nenos Bidding AI Agent Expert Identification solves the critical problem of matching expertise requirements from bidding documentation to the actual profiles of available specialists. Requirements are extracted and normalized from a stream that combines structural parsing with semantic querying — the agent understands not only explicit terms, but also accepted equivalents and viable alternatives according to public procurement legislation. LlamaIndex indexes the organization’s complete portfolio of experts: CVs, certifications with validity dates, areas of experience, previous projects, availability. A scoring engine automatically calculates the eligibility of each expert for each requested position and generates a ranking with recommendations, including for combinations of experts in case of complex requirements.
Based on the selected experts, the agent automatically generates standardized CVs in the format required by the auction — structure, length, mandatory sections — eliminating hours of manual formatting. A certification monitoring service sends proactive alerts 30, 60 and 90 days before the expiration of any relevant certification, preventing a key expert from becoming ineligible at the time of submission. Connection to HR systems, talent management platforms and SharePoint is achieved through MCP and REST API, with data updated in real time.
