Nenos Bidding AI Agent Similar Experience solves one of the most time-consuming tasks in preparing a bid: identifying and presenting similar experience
relevant. The organization's entire project portfolio — contracts, values, terms, beneficiaries, partners, technical descriptions — is semantically indexed through LlamaIndex, allowing searches like 'IT infrastructure projects worth over EUR 500.000 delivered in the last 5 years' with precise and rendered results. A scoring engine automatically calculates the eligibility of each project against the tender criteria, prioritizing the optimal combinations and signaling projects that require completions or clarifications.
Based on the selected projects, the agent generates standardized CVs for experts in the format requested by the tender and summarizes the sections of similar experience ready to be inserted into the offer, with all cumulative values, deadlines and references to beneficiaries automatically calculated. An alert service monitors the expiration dates of the experts' certifications and proactively notifies the team well in advance of the submission deadline. Integration with SharePoint, S3 and partner management systems is done through MCP, and the export is done directly in the formats requested by the award documentation.
