Nenos Website AI Agent transforms the client's website into an active and intelligent communication channel. The site content is continuously crawled and indexed by LlamaIndex, with automatic change detection and incremental knowledge base updates without service interruption. Beyond conversational responses, the agent is equipped with a lead capture module that collects contact data naturally, in the context of the conversation, and automatically transmits it to the organization's CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and others) via MCP connectors. A behavioral tracking service analyzes the types of questions received, pages accessed and abandonment points, providing the marketing team with actionable data about visitor intentions.

The architecture supports an unlimited number of simultaneous conversations through automatic scaling on AWS, with rate limiting per session to prevent abuse. LangGraph manages escalation flows to the human agent — when the question goes beyond the knowledge base or the visitor explicitly requests human assistance, the conversation is transferred live to the support team with all contextual history preserved. An LLM abstraction layer allows operators to switch between models or run A/B tests on the quality of answers without code changes. Integration into the site is done through a few lines of JavaScript snippet, compatible with any CMS platform.
