_generativeAIWhat is generative AI?
Create new content and ideas, including conversations, stories, summaries, descriptions, images, videos, and music.
Some might think that GenAI is primarily a chatbot that can answer your questions. This perception might be related to the popularity of OpenAI’s ChatGPT. But it’s much more than that!
Generative AI is a type of artificial intelligence that creates new content and ideas, including conversations, stories, summaries, descriptions, images, videos, and music. Generative AI is still a relatively new field, but it has the potential to revolutionize many industries, including yours.
We can group the use cases of Generative Artificial Intelligence into three broad categories, depending on who will be positively impacted:
Your customers
Internal or external customers, by using generative artificial intelligence to reinvent the way they interact with your company (or a department within your company such as HR, Legal, etc.) and improve their experience.
Your employees
By using generative artificial intelligence to increase their productivity and creativity, including inventing new products and functionalities using your creativity.
Your backend processes
By using generative artificial intelligence to optimize and improve them, resulting in greater efficiency and lower costs.
However, many companies find it difficult to identify problems or requirements that GenAI can effectively manage, so as to generate positive results for their customers, employees or operational processes.
_solutionHow can it support you? Nenos?
We can help you identify GenAI use cases that can have a positive impact on your customer experience, thus helping to increase market share, customer satisfaction, and even your team's productivity.
We would like to organize a half-day workshop, involving approximately 15-20 people from diverse organizational roles, including technical and non-technical employees, as well as key stakeholders, who will bring together diverse perspectives.
During the workshop, facilitators will guide participants, organized in groups of 6-8 people, to identify their problems and needs and discover several GenAI use cases, using ideation methods and Amazon's working backwards practices, prioritizing them based on their potential impact on your organization.
The workshop results can be used as input for an already defined process for implementing use cases in production, should you wish to continue.
There is no commitment to continue after this workshop, the only commitment is your time and active participation to identify high-impact GenAI use cases.
