The Regulation grants individuals whose personal data are processed a number of rights. Thus, in addition to the existing rights, there is also the right to data portability or the right to erasure. Below you will find a brief description of your rights:
The right of access means that you have the right to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning you and, if so, access to this data and information about how it is processed.
The right to data portability refers to (i) the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and (ii) the right to transmit those data to another controller, where technically feasible. The right to object concerns the right to object to data processing where it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or where it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller.
